I am trying to find out what would be a suitable modem to use with Eirsat-1 which will transmit GMSK signals.
Would you know if your modem available from Wimo DVMEGA-GMSK could be used or adapted?

I don’t think an MMDVM based product would work well for this application. MMDVM is about connecting a radio to the server over the internet.
That being said, there is an upcoming TNC mode that might work for you. You will need an MMDVM connected to an external radio in order to get the sensitivity you will need. Keep an eye on this project for announcements relating to TNC mode.
In the mean time, I would look at one of the modem-based sound cards to connect to a radio. Look at products like Digirig, SignaLink, Rig Blaster, and I’m sure there are others.
